When Camilla Belle and Joe Jonas ended their highly scrutinized relationship in 2009, we can’t say we didn’t breathe a sigh of relief. Belle was only 22 at the time and, after a successful career as a child actress, had yet to make the leap to the A-list. Her turns in When a Stranger Calls, 10,000 BC and Push certainly showed promise, but as long as she remained with the middle Jonas, interest in her love life would always trump interest in her career. Two years later, Belle finally finds herself in the spotlight again, with upcoming roles in From Prada to Nada, Zebras and the ambitious Mary Mother of Christ, in which she’ll star as Mary opposite screen legends Al Pacino and Peter O’Toole.
